We offer to door delivery service for the addresses with below criteria:

1. Tower with Lift

2. No stairs in the delivery journey

3. Building located at roadside within 20 metres. 

4. Addresses provides territory-wide delivery service, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, Tung Chung.

5. Drop off at road side for Rural area, village, bungalow. 

6. Extra cost for far away area, stairs and slope.

7. Islands, Lantau south and forbidden area is not included.

8. Carpark fee is not included, customers have to for pay for carpark fee on arrival

9. Order will arrive in 3 to 14 days
